Shadow Knight — Delfts Blue is an original, hand-sculpted artwork created by Roderick Wit for House of Wit.
Cast in polymer gypsum, each sculpture is carefully hand-finished and hand-painted in a distinctive blue and white palette inspired by the tradition of Dutch Delftware.
The familiar colours take on a completely different character when applied to the sculpted form of Shadow Knight. A piece rooted in Dutch visual culture meets a modern icon of popular culture, creating a contrast between tradition and contemporary design.
Each sculpture is individually numbered as part of a limited edition.
