Shadow Knight — Copper is an original, hand-sculpted artwork created by Roderick Wit for House of Wit.
Finished in a rich copper tone with carefully applied oxidation effects, this edition is inspired by the appearance of an ancient artifact weathered by time. The aged patina brings depth and character to the sculpture, allowing the surface to feel as though it carries its own history.
Standing 45 cm tall, Shadow Knight commands attention from every angle. One side reveals the determined face of a masked warrior, while the other exposes the stark reminder of mortality beneath the surface. Together, they create a powerful contrast between strength and vulnerability, resilience and mortality.
The original sculpture was sculpted entirely by hand before being reproduced in polymer gypsum. Each piece is individually cast, hand-finished and hand-painted, creating subtle variations that make every sculpture unique.
